Inspiratie voor het oprapen

Niet een nieuwe creatie van mezelf dit keer, maar eentje die gewoon in de tuin bloeit. Deze prachtige ijsbloemen -wat een vreemde naam is dat toch, officieel heten ze Dorotheanthus - kocht ik op de Koninginnemarkt en zijn nu helemaal top! Ze gaan open zodra de zon schijnt en laten dan hun ongelofelijke kleuren volop zien.  's Avonds sluiten ze hun knoppen weer. Ik ben echt dol op deze kleuren, het zorgt zeker voor wat inspiratie of anders gewoon voor wat vrolijkheid! Ik kon het niet laten er wat foto's van te maken ;-)

Not my own creation this time, but one of mother nature, that is just there in the garden. These beautiful flowers ('iceflower' in Dutch, but officially Dorotheanthus) are absolutely stunning. I bought them on a market end of April and now they are so pretty. They open as soon as the sun comes out and show off their incredible colors. At night they close their little buds. I really love these colors, full of inspiration and joy! I coulnd't resist taking some pictures of them ;-)
