On some days I’m very busy in my small
studio/shed and switch from one thing to another. As this week: I put up some
wallpaper on a panel that I want to use during a stylingjob, I fabricated a
shelf, - sawing and grating away – and painted it. The panel got a white piece
of wallpaper and that being very vulnerable for stains during transport I sewed
a cover for it. In the meantime I collected all kind of styling materials
together.
collecting; sewing; woodworking; painting; designing - all at the same time! |
Terwijl ik bezig was verzon ik twee kanten, net waar je zin
in hebt: een vrolijke-freestitch-appeltjes kant en een
praktische-to-do-lijstjes kant. Kan ik daar ook tussen switchen J!
Because I also connected a second screen to my
laptop – coming in handy for my illustration software and not always in use – and all the dust I
create is not exactly good for such a thing, I made this ‘screen saver’. Not a
virtual one, but one out of fabric to protect and save my screen. And while I was sewing it, I thought of a two
sided one: a cheerful-freestitch-apple side and a practical-to-do-list-holder
side, so I can switch between that too J!
two sided screen saver: use what you feel like that day :-) |
